PPH Butterfly Valve and PPH Diaphragm Valve Manufacturer in India

PPH (polypropylene homopolymer) is a thermoplastic material that has been proven in modern science to be suitable for flange-free flange applications in the area of managing liquid voltages at high temperatures of up to 100 degrees. The PPH butterfly valve offers a strong design designed for consistent and reliable performance, chemical resistance, and durability.

The PPH butterfly valve is ideal for use in various applications in pipelines to regulate flow. PPH is a plastic butterfly valve developed in the Nordic chemical and production industry for high purity pipes, fittings, and extrusion sheets. The butterfly valve is a valve used to insulate and regulate the flow.

The valve body is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (GFRP), which can be obtained as a homopolymer from polypropylene (PPH). The valve disc is made of PVC, a compound that meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM D1784 cell classification 12454. Valve discs are made of stabilizing PP homopolymers, i.e. Compounds with RAL 7032 pigments that meet or exceed the requirements for this type of polypropylene according to ASM D4101-86.

Diaphragm valves are usually used for slightly more complex commercial or industrial applications. They use a membrane or "diaphragm" to restrict or allow flow. The valves we produce are manual, but the PPH Diaphragm valve can also be automated (actuated). Our valves are made with a durable plastic body, allowing the valve to stand up to harsh industrial conditions. Diaphragm valves can come in a range of body and seal materials.
